Arrive 15 minutes early for a welcome herbal tea and brief consultation. Your therapist will discuss your preferences, concerns, and customize your treatment accordingly.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee. We understand life happens — please call us as early as possible.
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any service or package amount. Contact us or select "Other / General Inquiry" in the booking form to purchase.
Complimentary valet parking is available for all guests. Self-parking is also available on Serenity Lane with validation at reception.
Gratuities are not included in service prices. We recommend 18–20% for exceptional service. Cash and card tips are both welcome.
